We are dedicated to ensuring that your Lanfredi products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, shipping options, and other important details.
1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing. Rates vary based on your location and order weight.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. Premium rates apply, available at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and potential shipping delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
3. International Shipping - Coming Soon
• We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred upon arrival. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
• Delivery timeframes for international shipments are estimated to be 7-14 business days, but they may vary depending on customs clearance and other factors.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress and estimated delivery date through the carrier’s website.
• Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Shipping Address & Order Issues
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Lanfredi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at [email].
• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
6. Shipping Restrictions
• We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your address is ineligible for delivery, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lanfredi is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance. However, please feel free to reach out to us at support@lanfredi.com, and we will do our best to assist.
